Terms and Conditions (AGB) – Løckett Wellness

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

  • All content on this website is property of Løckett Wellness and may not be reproduced without permission.
  • Our services are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services.

1. Contracting parties

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed via the website of Løckett Wellness, operated by [Løckett Wellness Partnership / Løckett Wellness KLG, C/O A. Moerkerk, Toblerstrasse 73, 8044 Zurich, Commercial Register Number (CHE 202.236.448], hereinafter referred to as “Løckett Wellness” or “we”.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The products and prices published on our website are considered an offer. This offer is subject to the condition of correct stock availability or supply by suppliers.

A contract is concluded upon order placement and confirmation by Løckett Wellness via email.

All information regarding availability, shipping, and delivery dates for a product are approximate and non-binding. Prices that are in Swiss francs (CHF) include applicable VAT (applicable only for shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein). Prices that are in EURs are excluding import VAT and handling fee (applicable for shipping to Austria, Belgium, Italy, Germany, France and the Netherlands). The prices displayed on www.lockettwellness.com at the time of ordering are decisive. We reserve the right to change the prices of all products at any time. The price published in the online shop on the date of your order applies, unless there is an error. Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping is free on orders above 50 CHF. We charge a shipping fee of 5 CHF for orders below 50 CHF. Shipping outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein (we currently only ship to Austria, Belgium, Italy, Germany, France and The Netherlands), is free on orders above 50 EUR. We charge a shipping fee of 10 EUR for orders below 50 EUR. Special deliveries (express, registered mail) must be explicitly requested when ordering and are at your expense. We reserve the right to charge different shipping fees for the shipment of large or valuable items.

3. Prices and Payment

For Switzerland and Liechtenstein: All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT where applicable.

For Austria, Belgium, Italy, Germany, France and The Netherlands: All prices are stated in EUR excluding import VAT and handling fee which need to be paid by the customer.  

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

• PayPal

• Other options as indicated at checkout

Payment is due immediately upon order completion. Orders are only processed after successful payment.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver using Swiss Post.

Shipping Costs Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

• Economy Shipping: On orders above 50 CHF = Free of Charge. On orders below 50 CHF = 5 CHF shipping fee. 

Shipping Costs Austria, Belgium, Italy, Germany, France and The Netherlands:

• Economy Shipping: On orders above 50 EUR = Free of Charge. On orders below 50 EUR = 10 EUR shipping fee. 

Delivery Times

Delivery times are indicative and non-binding. Delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim damages. Delivery times may vary depending on the country. In addition, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to deliveries abroad. These are not included in the total price displayed and must be borne by the recipient. We reserve the right to invoice any applicable costs.

Partial deliveries

If not all of the ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our own expense, provided this is reasonable for you.

Delivery Failure

If delivery of the goods fails despite three delivery attempts, we may withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded immediately.

Reservations of self-supply

If the ordered product is not available because we are not supplied with this product by our supplier through no fault of our own, we may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will notify you immediately and, if necessary, propose the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or you do not wish to receive a comparable product, we will immediately reimburse you for any consideration already provided.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Løckett Wellness until full payment is received.

6. Right of Return / Exchange

For hygiene reasons, opened aroma pads products are excluded from return. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@lockettwellness.com with photos and order details for assessment and replacement where applicable.

Ordered items can be returned in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt. We only accept undamaged, unworn, and unused items for return. Please understand that custom-made items are non-returnable. The 15-day return period also applies to limited-time promotional offers.

Please send us an email (hello@lockettwellness.com) when you want to return your product. Please state your order number.

In the event of a refund, we offer you the option of exchanging it for another product, a voucher for the purchase price, or a refund of the entire order value to your chosen payment method (refunds starting at CHF 5). Please note that a processing fee of CHF 5 will be charged.

In addition, if we determine that the goods have deteriorated, we reserve the right to retain or invoice a portion of the purchase price, which we determine at our discretion. The return and re-delivery of the exchanged goods or voucher will be at the customer's expense. Returns must be send to the following address and by registered mail. The sender's address must be clearly legible on the back. The shipping confirmation from the post office must be retained until the return has been received by LØCKETT WELLNESS KLG and receipt of the return has been confirmed. Otherwise, no costs can be reimbursed in the event of loss.

We assume no liability for lost returns that were not sent via A-Post Plus.

7. Warranty and Liability

Our products are crafted with care. Should you notice a manufacturing defect within 7 days of receipt, please contact us at lockettwellness@gmail.com with photos and order details for assessment and replacement where applicable.

Claims for compensation for direct or indirect damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

We assume no liability for transport and delivery to the customer, nor for damage caused by improper use or careless handling. Any externally visible damage to the delivered packages/products must be photographed and reported to us within 7 days upon receipt. Any repair costs associated with improper use will be estimated after individual assessment and invoiced to the customer.

The warranty does not apply to the following cases: lost jewelry, scratches, modifications to the jewelry, damage caused by third parties, wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or storage of your product.

Should an allergic reaction occur despite all our precautions (the jewelry is nickel-free), we ask you to take a photo of it and report it to us within a reasonable period of time, but no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods. In this case, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. LØCKETT WELLNESS reserves the right to assess this on a case-by-case basis.

8. Product Information and Use

Løckett Wellness products are not medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. The aroma pads are designed for ambient scent purposes only.

Always follow usage and safety instructions included with your order. Keep aroma pads away from children and pets. Avoid direct skin contact with undiluted essential oils on the pads.

9. Data Protection

We handle your personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please see our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

11. Customer reviews

If a customer writes a customer review, LØCKETT WELLNESS is entitled to display this text in all channels, stores, online shop, and social media presences of LØCKETT WELLNESS KLG reserves the right not to display a review or to display it only for a limited period of time, and to display it in an abbreviated form if required for legal reasons (e.g., in the event of a violation of personal rights). Customer reviews reflect the opinion of the customer exclusively and do not necessarily reflect the views of LØCKETT WELLNESS KLG.

12. Damages

Claims for damages resulting from errors in images, prices, and texts, delayed or non-delivered items, or any skin irritations or allergic reactions that may occur after wearing the jewelry are strictly excluded.

13. Final provisions

Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions and the use of the online shop are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for natural or legal persons is Zurich.

Contract language

The contract language is English.

Severability Clause

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time and shall then take effect immediately.

Alternative dispute resolution according to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-VO and Section 36 VSBG:

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
